One of the benefits of the Tribe model, which is instinctive to most of us anyways, is that it creates accountability. That accountability will drive us further to success. Each of us now hold the bar, metaphorically speaking, for the other. We hold the other accountable for their behaviors and results or lack there of. This accountability helps create long term success long after the initial rush of energy for a new adventure wears off. Accountability is the key to getting through those new years resolutions successfully. I resolve that 2010 is going to be our best year ever! Lori what a powerful way to start the new year!
